“Having decided to have two total knee replacement surgeries, the Pavilion’s staff and physical therapists provided the care I needed to return home to the lifestyle I’m accustomed to.” – Connie Wagner
“My experience with the Pavilion staff and facility has been exceptionally positive. My parents are both residents in the long-term, skilled nursing area. I am responsible for overseeing their care, which can leave me feeling like a deer in the headlights and overwhelmed. When this happens, I have received ample support from the staff. They have addressed my questions, met with me in person to discuss concerns, and included my family in managing their care. I especially appreciate the team approach because each member adds their specific expertise, collectively helping each other notice and solve problems. The staff has been professional yet kind, resulting in strong support in caring for my parents. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.” – Jill Heath
“The Pavilion is a very caring place to be. I know because my mom has been there for almost four years. They have parties, go out to different places to eat, and all kinds of activities, especially bingo. I try to volunteer as much as I can because it is just like family, everybody knows everyone. If I have a problem, the staff will take care of it as soon as possible. My experience with the Pavilion has been positive. I know I don’t have to worry about Mom because I am confident that the staff will provide excellent care.”

“The Pavilion is a wonderful place to go to. Be it for respite care or long term care. The facility is very homey and pleasant. My mother was a resident for 6 years. She passed away in 2004 and my father then entered the Pavilion approximately 8 months later.
They have taken exemplary care of both parents. The staff is very friendly and compassionate be it for my Dad or just the family.
Dad has been a resident for approximately 5 years now. He tells me every Sunday after we go to church at the Pavilion that he is so glad he’s there. He tells me the staff is so good to him.
When he has been under the weather the nurses always call to tell me what he has done or if new medication has been given to him. They keep me so informed.
From the time Dad entered the home the staff has been so helpful. The paperwork was well explained and help was given when we asked for it.
I can’t say enough about the activities. They take rides when it is nice and my Dad’s favorite is bingo several times a week. They have special events and the families are encouraged to attend. An example of a special moment for us was around Valentine’s Day in 2004 and several couples renewed their wedding vows. Mom and Dad were married 64 years that February. Other yearly events are Oktoberfest, family holiday gathering, and so much more.
I can’t say thank you enough to the staff at the Pavilion. When time comes for me I hope I will be able to stay there.” - Carolyn Shaw Warner
