Facility and Amenities
The Pavilion Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center offers the following facilities and amenities for our residents:
Living Room When first entering our facility you will find a cozy living room, complete with a fireplace and built-in bookshelves filled with reading material for everyone’s enjoyment. It is common to see residents and family members visiting in this room.
Therapy Room We have a newly renovated, centrally-located therapy room ready with the necessary equipment to ensure that each resident meets their maximum potential. The room designed to accommodate both group and individual therapy sessions.
Dining/Gathering Room The dining and gathering room is the central hub of our facility. Some residents comment on what a home-like feel it has due to all the activity that take place there on a daily basis. Our courteous staff serves three delicious meals per day and holds numerous events and activities including parties, craft time and games. Even then there are no planned activities, this space is a popular spot for residents to gather and watch television, listen to music, play cards or just enjoy ones another’s company.
South Lounge The south lounge is a quiet place where our residents and their family members can come together. This room has a TV and DVD player so movies can be watched, tables and chairs so that puzzles and games can be enjoyed. This space is also home for our facility bird, Tweety, who gets many visits each day from residents and visitors alike. Stop by for a nice conversation - he may just talk back!
Garden/Patio Area The view of the garden and patio area is the best seat in the house, and offers the most serene view. During the warm months, the colors of the flowers are beautiful and the sight of birds and squirrels are an added bonus. Residents enjoy the bird feeders that attract the most colorful birds all year, even when there is crisp, white snow. Both residents and their family members are encouraged to spend time enjoying the great outdoors by walking along the path or sitting for a few moments. The shaded porch swing is definitely the best seat of the house.
Short-term Rehab Rooms Our short-term stay, rehabilitation rooms are privates suites complete with private bathroom facilities, a flat screen television and personal telephone. Each room on the rehabilitation unit has been recently renovated with new carpet and furnishing. Cable, phone service and wireless internet are all included at no additional charge.
Long-term, Skilled Care Rooms Our long-term and skilled care residents stay in semi-private rooms equipped with restroom facilities, cable television and wireless internet. Patients are encouraged to bring personal belongings to complete the friendly, home-like atmosphere.
