The Pavilion began meeting the needs of older adults and their families in 1965.

The Pavilion is committed to providing the highest possible quality of life
and quality of care for our residents.
At The Pavilion, the emphasis of long term care is on living and what we call "the revolving door policy." Our goal is to help a person care for him or herself to the best of their ability, and return to one's own home and community whenever possible. That's why we focus our attention on rehabilitative and restorative therapy and encourage our residents to be as independent as possible.
Set on the outskirts of Sidney in wooded surroundings, The Pavilion offers a home-like atmosphere, where you can be part of a small group of neighbors who dine and socialize together, yet have privacy whenever you need it.
Our dining area is cozy and comfortable where residents may enjoy three nutritionally balanced, home-cooked meals a day as well as snacks under the direction of a registered dietitian. Special diets can be ordered for those with special needs.
Our rooms offer each resident the option of creating a comfortable home-like environment by decorating with familiar personal belongings.
Common areas are available for the use and enjoyment of the residents as well as family and friends such as a beautifully landscaped garden area with walking paths, an inviting swing and picnic area, and a social and recreational area where group and individual activities are offered. Family and friends are always welcome and encouraged to visit often and participate in resident care conferences as well as special activities. We offer 24 hour visitation for your convenience.

The Pavilion is owned and operated by AdCare® Health Systems, an experienced provider of senior care facilities for the elderly. We are a member of The Ohio Health Care Association, The American Health Care Association, the Miami Valley Long Term Care Association and are certified for Medicare and Medicaid participation.
